As a Junior Writer, you wield words with purpose to shape worlds. You will be responsible for "truth-telling" and reclaiming narratives that have been historically simplified or erased. Your role is to sit with the work, find the "thru-line," and document the cultural force of our community.

Cultural Growth Partner
In Sales, you act as a builder for the people, creating opportunities and investing in the future of culture. You don’t just sell space; you build bridges between brands and the Black creative community, working to close gaps and share resources for collective success.
